The massage therapist is very skilled and experienced. She hits all the right spot and helps me get relaxed. The atmosphere is nice, clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend the experience.

I went here initially to get massage treatment for my frozen right shoulder which was acting up from an old injury. The massage was surprisingly effective at alleviating my pain and increasing my mobility. I learned that the masseuse who treated me - Amanda - is also a licensed esthetician so I asked her if she could reduce some of my acne-related skin infections. I went in for a follow-up appointment for that. The treatment seemed to be of excellent quality as it eliminated my skin issues and my face remains clear.

Second time visiting natural wellness center for a massage. I had a full body and reflexology, the massage therapist did an amazing job. Her technique helped relax my muscles and left with less pain/stress. Everyone I've met so far is super friendly. I was able to book last minute over the phone and via the app. Reasonable pricing and great service. I booked my next appointment before I left, and this is definitely my new go to spot.

Great value for a solid massage. The environment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and my appointment started right in time. Tom did an excellent job on my tight upper and lower back. I asked him for more pressure and he added just the right amount of extra pressure to break up tight knots and built up soreness. I did the 60 min full body massage and really enjoyed it. Can't wait to come back and try the other massage packages.

I found this place through the Classpass app. The place was very clean and the front clerk was welcoming and also nice. I didn't feel intimidated at all during the process. I'm still feeling the effects of the Swedish massage two days later (in a good way). From my perspective this establishment seemed like a small family owned business and they seemed genuinely happy to be able to provide me service on that slow Wednesday morning. They mentioned they take health insurance so I'll definitely be back with a few family members in tow.

Tried a European facial here. One of best face and head massages I've ever received - the aesthetician constantly massages your face - at the beginning, whenever applying products/washing my face, and when waiting for face mask to dry. She only left briefly for the last few minutes of skin mask so I can relax which was perfect. She also massaged my neck, arms, and upper back. The products didn't smell too strong and my skin did tingle a bit since I agreed to glycolic acid peel given I haven't had a facial in months due to Covid. Super easy to make appointments and prices are more than fair. Front desk is very friendly too!

Excellent massage. While the exterior of the shop isn't much to look at (it's in one of the strip malls at the Dyer/Alvarado intersection and most shops have metal bars in front of the windows) the interior is clean and the rooms themselves are fine. Where this massage shop excels is both in the quality of services and the price. I had some extra points on my ClassPass that needed to be used by the end of the month, so I decided to use them (plus a small fee) to pay for this massage. The Swedish massage was more pressure and deep tissue -- which is what I LOVED. I like a lot of pressure and for the masseuse to discover, and work-out the tension I have stored in my muscles. The woman who provided me with my massage did just that. I've gotten hundreds of massages and would easily classify this one as one of the top 10. While I'm not a huge fan of the area, the service makes it worth it.

Today I stopped by for a foot massage. Shirley was so friendly and helpful to explain to me the different services they offer. I picked the 1 hr foot massage and for Yelp promotion, they gave me a discount and threw in a free foot scrub with my 1 hr reflexology service. My masseuse was Lily, she put my feet in warm water, did a lavender oil scrub on my feet then continue with the relaxing foot massage. After that, they directed me to another room for an extra 10 minutes massage of neck, back and legs. My feet feels very relaxed now. It was overall a wonderful massage session. I am looking forward to coming back here soon. Thank you Shirley and Lily for a great visit.
